This was our first time working with Morgan, but she made us feel like we’ve known her for years.  She was very open and flexible with us.  We were living in Milwaukee at the time, so we had limited ability to look at homes.  She was very accommodating.  Morgan also quickly learned what we were specifically looking for and was able to help us weed out options that did not match our criteria.  She has a good eye for detail in homes and is not hesitant to ask direct questions.  She did a great job negotiating a sale price well below the asking price of the home.  Morgan also has an arsenal of resources in terms of highly recommended painters, cleaning services, etc. that was very helpful before we moved in.  If we ever need to sell or purchase another home, we will definitely turn to Morgan Sage again!
