I feel blessed to have randomly picked up Morgan’s mailer. Before we even met, I gave her all my criteria for my new apartment (I had very specific requirements for my new home) as well as a budget I needed to work with. When I actually saw what properties were on the market for my budget, I wasn’t sure I was going to find a place that had all I was looking for.
